As my flightattendant just announced : “Delta is in the 21st Century!” - now theres WIFI Posting this from the air on the first Delta flight I have taken with wifi.
Service seems reasonably quick and is $9.99 fixed price. Maybe I should do a speedtest in the name of science. Its interesting how we are perfectly willing to pay 10 bucks for an hour or two of internet as long as we are high in the air; while on the ground it’d be a much tougher sell.
Hopefully this is something that’ll be more available in the future. Its limited use from Atlanta to Washington DC, but for those cross country flights its perfect!
